How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the welcome or unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your Full Access unlock will be restored at no extra cost. It's also covered by Family Sharing.
I bought Full Access but the app is still locked.
Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out quickly.
